研究目的：

采用前瞻性随机对照的方法，运用精灸十二井穴在妇科紫杉醇化疗相关周围神经病变患者的临床观察，通过治疗前后神经病变测评临床版（TNSc）、妇科肿瘤患者神经毒性评估量表、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生存质量问卷（QLQ-CIPN30）从医生及患者角度来评估患者症状缓解情况及生活质量改善情况，并通过统计分析总结治疗效果，为精灸治疗该病提供合理、有效的理论基础和实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Using a prospective randomized controlled approach, the clinical observation of patients with gynecological paclitaxel chemotherapy-associated peripheral neuropathy using the twelve well points of fine moxibustion, the clinical version of the pre- and post-treatment neuropathy measure (TNSc), the neurotoxicity assessment scale for gynecological oncology patients, and the European Organization for the Study and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (QLQ-CIPN30) were used to assess the patients' symptom remission from the perspective of physicians and patients and quality of life, and summarize the treatment effect through statistical analysis, providing a reasonable and effective theoretical basis and experimental basis for the treatment of this disease by precision moxibustion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并脑血管疾病急性期或后遗症期、酒精依赖、糖尿病、营养不良、甲状腺功能低下所致的周围神经病变； 2. 四肢合并蜂窝织炎、静脉血栓者； 3. 四肢皮肤感染破溃； 4. 目前正在参加或在本研究前1个月内参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Peripheral neuropathy caused by acute phase or sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, alcohol dependence, diabetes, malnutrition, and hypothyroidism; 2. Those with cellulitis and venous thrombosis in the limbs; 3. Skin infection and ulceration of limbs; 4. Patients who are currently participating in or participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将受试者以 1：1 比例按随机分配结果进入试验组或对照组。随机卡和随机信封的制备采用 SPSS17.0 统计分析软件包输入样本含量及分组数，输出随即分配结果，制备随机卡，将随机号装入不透光信封密闭并由专人管理。将 72 例受试对象按就诊顺序编号利用随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组。

The subjects will be randomly assigned into the experimental group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio. The random cards and random envelopes were prepared using the SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software package to input the sample content and group number, output the random distribution results, prepare the random cards, put the random numbers into opaque envelopes, seal them and manage them by dedicated personnel. 72 subjects were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment and random number method.
