研究目的：

（1）通过对切脉针灸较为科学的临床研究，观察其对妇科恶性肿瘤TP/TC方案化疗致脱发的的临床疗效，从而为中医药治疗化疗后脱发提供理论依据，规范其临床操作规范，为化疗后脱发的疾病防治研究提供新思路和方法。（2）利用扫描电镜结合能量弥散 X 射线微量分析，从微观角度观察患者头发的结构变化及其局部头发元素的含量变化，为进一步研究化疗后脱发的发病机制和治疗拓展新思路，为治疗该病提供较为客观的参考依据。（3）研究切脉针灸对毛发再生过程中Wnt信号通路及相关细胞因子表达的影响，以探索切脉针灸干预毛发生长的机制，为切脉针灸的临床应用提供理论基础和实验依据。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through scientific clinical research on pulse acupuncture to treat TP/TC chemotherapy-induced alopecia (CIA) of patients with gynecologic cancers, to observe the clinical efficacy of pulse acupuncture on CIA, to provide a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of CIA and standardize its clinical operation procedure, so as to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of CIA. (2) Through the scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis, to observe the structure and element content changes of hairs on a micro level, in order to provide objective reference basis for the treatment of CIA. (3) By detecting the influence of pulse acupuncture on Wnt signaling transduction and related cytokine expression in the process of hair regeneration, to explore the mechanism of pulse acupuncture on hair growth, and to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical application of pulse acupuncture.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往患有脱发性疾病；或现伴随脱发、斑秃等相关疾病,致使疗效难以判定的患者； 2. 合并严重器官功能障碍，如心、肾、肝功能衰竭的患者； 3. 昏迷、意识模糊、躁动、异动、痴呆、智力低下、无自主判断力及极度虚弱者； 4. 治疗过程中出现了脑转移需要行头部放疗的患者； 5. 明显凝血功能障碍及皮肤感染等疾病，影响针刺治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have suffered from hair loss diseases in the past; or are now accompanied by related diseases such as hair loss and alopecia areata, making it difficult to determine the curative effect; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as heart, kidney and liver failure; 3. Coma, confusion, restlessness, abnormal movement, dementia, mental retardation, no independent judgment and extreme weakness; 4. Patients who have brain metastases during the treatment and need head radiotherapy; 5. Obvious blood coagulation dysfunction and skin infection and other diseases, affecting acupuncture treatment.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study will use paper version of CRF and electronic version of questionnaire to collect clinical research data; The research data are entered by two people using Excel software. Before data entry, all research assistants will receive relevant training; we will use random coding to represent the subjects, and the coding information will be properly stored in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine , including relevant national management. The department and the Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ethics Committee can review the subject information. All original data will be properly preserved and traceable for authenticity.
