研究目的：

采用前瞻性随机对照研究形式比较腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术中不同肠系膜下静脉结扎方式的远期生存预后及近期疗效（手术并发症发生率、淋巴结清扫数目、手术安全性、术后恢复情况等指标）的差异，以期初步明确腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术中肠系膜下静脉的合适结扎方式。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to compare the long-term survival and short-term outcomes (surgical complication rate, number of harvested lymph nodes, surgical safety, postoperative recovery, and other indicators) of various inferior mesenteric vein (IMV) ligation methods in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer to initially determine the optimal ligation level of IMV.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)既往有其他恶性肿瘤病史、腹部血管手术史；
2)不适合实施腹腔镜手术者（如既往腹部重大手术所致广泛粘连；各种原因不适合气腹等）；
3)合并肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠出血等需要行急诊手术患者；
4)怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
5)拟参与其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of other malignant tumors and abdominal vascular surgery; 2. Patients contraindicated for laparoscopic surgery (such as those with extensive adhesion caused by a previous major abdominal surgery or patients not suitable for pneumoperitoneum); 3. Patients with intestinal obstruction, perforation, or bleeding and other conditions requiring emergency surgery; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients who plan to participate in other clinical studies.
