研究目的：

对比甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与咪达唑仑用于耳鼻喉科短小手术在全身麻醉中的有效性和安全性，为临床日常广泛使用提供数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of remazolam toluenesulfonate and midazolam in general anesthesia for otorhinolaryngology short surgery, so as to provide data support for clinical daily use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有手术禁忌症、患者家属拒绝签署知情同意书；
2.心率<50 次/min；
3.2周内有呼吸道急性炎症且未治愈病史；有严重的心、脑、肺、肝和肾等代谢疾病者；
4.可能发生或曾发生困难气道或有异常手术麻醉恢复史者；
5.有高钾血症、低钾血 症等明显电解质紊乱患者；
6.已知对苯二氮卓类药物过敏者；
7.术前合并使用其它镇静、镇痛类药物者（包括注射、口服及使用相关中成药）；
8.怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者；
9.有神经肌肉系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There were contraindications to the operation and the patient's family refused to sign the informed consent form;
2. Heart rate < 50 beats/min;
3. There was acute inflammation of respiratory tract within 2 weeks and there was no cure history; Patients with serious metabolic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney;
4. Those who may have or have had difficult airway or have a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery;
5. Patients with obvious electrolyte disorders such as hyperkalemia and hypokalemia;
6. Known allergic to benzodiazepines;
7. Preoperative combined use of other sedative and analgesic drugs (including injection, oral administration and use of relevant proprietary Chinese Medicine);
8. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives;
9. Patients with neuromuscular diseases.

本研究采用随机、双盲对照。试验正式纳入患者前，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，并建立不透光随机信封。患者正式纳入并完成基线数据统计后，研究员破盲，根据随机信封内随机号进行分组但并不参与操作实施，手术完成后研究者将仅标记有随机号但隐藏随机分组的观察表交由随访研究者执行随访、评估。

Before the trial was officially included in the patients, they were divided into control group and test group according to the random number table method, and an opaque random envelope was established.
