探究器官移植受者术前、术后不同时期（包括排斥、感染期）和巨噬细胞的相关性，初步揭示器官移植病人不同情况下巨噬细胞所起到的潜在作用。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between macrophages and macrophages in different periods before and after organ transplantation (including rejection and infection), and to reveal the potential role of macrophages in organ transplant patients under different conditions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者未满16周岁； 2. 患者为多器官移植或二次移植的； 3. 患者不配合进行后续实验的； 4. 研究者认为不合适的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is under the age of 16; 2. Patients with multiple organ transplantation or secondary transplantation; 3. The patient does not cooperate with the follow-up experiment; 4. The researcher deems it inappropriate.
