研究目的：

通过流行病学调查，基于客观检查及主观问卷评估女性盆底功能状况，明确西藏高原地区女性盆底功能障碍疾病发病率，为后续西藏地域特色盆底诊疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through epidemiological survey, based on objective examination and subjective questionnaire, female pelvic floor function status was evaluated, and the incidence rate of female pelvic floor dysfunction disease in Tibetan plateau was determined, providing basis for subsequent diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor with Tibetan regional characteristics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在调查前1年内，在西藏自治区内居住少于6个月者； 2.既往有子宫全切或次全切除手术史者； 3.既往有FPPD相关的手术史者； 4.距离末次分娩时间小于6个月者； 5.泌尿系统感染急性期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have lived in the Tibet Autonomous Region for less than six months within one year before the investigation; 2. Previous history of hysterectomy or subtotal hysterectomy; 3. Those who have a history of operation related to FPPD; 4. Less than 6 months from the last delivery; 5. Acute stage of urinary system infection.
