研究目的：

证实出血性脑卒中慢性期可以通过周围神经交叉移位手术诱发健侧大脑半球发生新的脑重塑，从而增强瘫痪上肢的功能恢复，为恢复脑卒中慢性期的肢体偏瘫提供新的治疗思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate patients with hemiplegic hand at the chronic stage of hemorrhagic stroke can be treated by peripheral nerve rewiring (PNR) surgery by inducing contralesional hemisphere compensation. We aimed to provide a new concept and method for treating hemiplegic paralysis for chronic stage stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有糖尿病、心肺疾病等严重系统性疾病不能耐受手术者；
（2）确诊精神病、重度抑郁症（有自杀倾向）或癫痫患者、有精神病或癫痫的家族史者；
（3）存在挛缩或骨关节畸形；
（4）6个月内进行过肉毒素注射治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of severe systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus or cardiopulmonary diseases, contraindicating surgery;
(2) A family history of psychosis, major depression, suicidal ideation, or epilepsy, mental illness, or epilepsy;
(3) Presence of severe, fixed contracture or joint deformity;
(4) Have received Botulinum toxin injection in 6 monthes before adimission.
