研究目的：

1.开发适用于我国肺癌高危人群的筛查决策辅助工具（patient decision aid，PDA）； 2.探讨基于获益框架和损失框架的肺癌筛查PDA对高危人群筛查认知、决策与行为的作用机制； 3.比较基于获益信息框架与损失信息框架的肺癌筛查PDA的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop a PDA for lung cancer high-risk population to support shared decision making in lung cancer screening in China; 2. To explore the mechanism of gain-framed and loss-framed PDA on the lung cancer screening cognition, decision and behavior in high-risk population; 3. To compare the effect of gain-framed and loss-framed PDA for lung cancer screening.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有癌症病史者； 2.有精神异常的或正在接受精神健康方面治疗的患者； 3.有认知障碍、脑损伤或脑部疾病者； 4.语言沟通障碍； 5.近一年内进行过肺癌筛查者； 6.正在参加或曾经参加过共享决策相关研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of cancer; 2. Patients with mental disorders or who are receiving treatment for mental health; 3. Patients with cognitive disorder, brain injury or brain disease; 4. Patients with communication disorders; 5. Patients who have received lung cancer screening in the past one year; 6. Patients who are participating or have participated in shared decision making research.
