研究目的：

通过超声测量子痫前期产妇左室流出道速度时间积分（velocity time intrgral of the left ventricular outflow tract，VTI LOVT）变异率（ΔVTI）、脉搏灌注变异指数（pleth variavility index, PVI）等反应容量状态的参数，探索产妇容量与新生儿结局的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The time integral variation rate of left ventricular outflow tract velocity (ΔVTI) and pleth variavility index (PVI) in preeclampsia were measured by ultrasoud to explore the correlation between maternal volume and neonatal outcome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠<28周； 2. 患者或家属不同意参加研究者； 3. 下肢深静脉血栓，下肢无法活动或需要制动者； 4. 循环不稳定，需要使用血管活性药物维持生命体征平稳； 5. 有多次妊娠生产经历（>3次）； 6. 胎心不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy < 28 weeks; 2. Patients or family members do not agree to participate in the researcher; 3. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, the lower limbs are unable to move or need to be immobilized; 4. Circulation is unstable, and vasoactive drugs need to be used to maintain stable vital signs; 5. Multiple pregnancy and childbirth experiences ( > 3 times); 6. Unstable fetal heart rate.
