研究目的：

确定与 POD 发展相关的基于 EEG 的围手术期特征。探究患者BS的发生及持续时间与患者POD风险的相关性，并进一步分析其预测POD能力。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the EEG-based perioperative characteristics associated with POD development. To explore the correlation between the occurrence and duration of BS and the risk of POD in patients and further analyzed its ability to predict POD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.失明； 2.失聪； 3.透析病史； 4.既往心肺开放手术史； 5.苯二氮卓类药物或抗精神病药的长期治疗史； 6.简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评分＜15。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Blindness; 2. Deafness; 3. Dialysis history; 4. Previous history of open heart and lung surgery; 5. Long-term treatment history of benzodiazepines or antipsychotics; 6. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score < 15.
