研究目的：

（1）通过前瞻性队列研究，评估存在衰弱的结直肠癌患者术后发生认知功能障碍的情况，即根据编制的危险因素调查表进行认知功能状况的现状调查，并通过Logistic回归分析明确独立风险因素，构建衰弱结直肠癌患者术后认知功能障碍的风险预测评分模型，并经内部验证评价该模型效能，实现风险预测模型的可视化。（2）通过前瞻性队列研究，采取方便抽样法选取择期结直肠癌手术患者进行风险预测模型的外部验证，以评价风险模型的临床预测效果。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through prospective cohort study, the situation of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with weakened colorectal cancer was evaluated, that is, the status quo of cognitive function was investigated according to the compiled risk factor questionnaire, and independent risk factors were identified through Logistic regression analysis. A risk prediction scoring model for postoperative cognitive dysfunction in patients with weakened colorectal cancer was constructed, and its effectiveness was evaluated through internal validation, Visualize the risk prediction model. (2) Through prospective cohort study, convenient sampling method was adopted to select patients with colorectal cancer for external validation of risk prediction model to evaluate the clinical prediction effect of risk model.
