研究目的：

前瞻性地调查TBTB患者治疗后气道狭窄的发生率及相关的危险因素。我们的研究结果有助于实现临床医护人员对气道狭窄风险识别由经验向科学转变。降低TBTB的整体医疗资源消耗。  

Objectives of Study：

To prospectively investigate the incidence of tracheobronchial stenosis and associated risk factors in patients with TBTB. Our findings help to achieve a shift from experience to science in the identification of tracheobronchial stenosis among medical personnel, reducing the overall health care resource consumption of TBTB.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.气道病变已稳定或已发生支气管软化症的患者； 2.已被治愈的TBTB患者； 3.有支气管镜检查禁忌症的患者； 4.合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者及影响其生存质量的严重疾病； 5.正在参与其他药物临床试验或干预性研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose airway lesions had stabilized or had developed bronchomalacia; 2. TBTB patients who were cured; 3. Patients who had contraindications to bronchoscopy; 4. Comorbidities of the cardiovascular, liver, renal and hematopoietic system, psychiatric disorders and other medical, psychosocial, or emotional conditions that adversely affect life quality; 5 Currently participation in other interventional clinical trials.
