1.通过整群随机对照试验评估强化生活方式干预对青春期超重肥胖儿童BMI、腰围、血压、血糖、血脂等肥胖相关指标的改善效果。 2.摸索出防控青春期儿童超重肥胖的适宜技术。 3.为进一步科学的遏制儿童青少年超重肥胖提供科学方法。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the impact of intensive lifestyle interventions on obesity-related indicators such as BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose, and lipids in overweight and obese adolescent children based on the cluster-randomized controlled trial. 2. To find appropriate techniques to prevent and control overweight and obesity in adolescent children. 3. To provide scientific methods to further reduce overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.

1. 身体有重大疾病者； 2. 不能参与运动干预者； 3. 其他不能参与研究或影响依从性的情况。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	将由接受过培训的调查人员采集所有数据。实行双人双录入的方式进行数据的录入和核查工作。研究人员定期对上报的双录入电子版数据库进行检查和逻辑核查，并将核查报告和修改后的数据库加密保存至指定计算机留档。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	All data will be collected by trained investigators. Double entry method will be used for data input and verification. Study investigators will regularly check and verify the electronic database. Also, they will encrypt the verification report and the finalized database to the designated computer for archives.
