根据时间自我调节理论设计自我管理干预方案，探讨其在改善COPD患者自我管理行为和生活质量等方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Self-management intervention scheme was designed according to the theory of time self-regulation, and its effectiveness in improving self-management behavior and quality of life of patients with COPD was discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在过去6个月内参加了其它自我管理计划； 2. 患有重大躯体疾病，如恶性肿瘤等； 3. 具有语言交流障碍，意识障碍或严重精神心理障碍性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participated in other self-management plans within the past 6 months; 2. Suffering from major physical diseases, such as malignant tumors; 3. Have language communication disorders, consciousness disorders or serious mental disorders.

李昆教授使用计算机随机序列法进行随机分配。分配隐藏采用顺序编号、不透明、密封的信封。随机分配研究者不参与患者的招募或评估。患者按照1：1被分配到干预组和对照组

Professor Li Kun uses computer random sequence method for random allocation.Allocation was concealed using sequentially numbered, opaque,sealed envelopes.The randomly assigned investigator was not participate recruitment or evaluation of patients. Patients were assigned 1:1 to intervention and control groups.
