研究目的：

运用功能性近红外光谱成像技术和表面肌电图共同探究上肢康复机器人辅助训练联合间歇性theta节律刺激对脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍的影响以及大脑神经可塑性机制，为临床精准化康复提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with intermittent theta rhythm stimulation on upper limb dysfunction and brain neuroplasticity mechanisms in stroke patients using functional near-infrared spectroscopic imaging and surface electromyography to provide a basis for clinical precision rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有严重认知障碍或行为损害，无法配合训练者； 2.伴有严重骨关节疾病、严重心肺功能障碍者； 3.戴有起搏器、颅内有金属植入物，或有颅骨缺陷患者； 4.有癫痫病史、一级亲属中有特发性癫痫病史及使用致痫药物患者； 5.超过三天没有接受治疗； 6.拒签知情同意书； 7.已参加其他相关研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe cognitive impairment or behavioral impairment who are unable to cooperate with training; 2. Patients with severe bone and joint diseases or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Patients with pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, or skull defects; 4. Patients with a history of epilepsy, a history of idiopathic epilepsy among first-degree relatives, and the use of antiepileptic drugs; 5. Failure to receive treatment for more than three days; 6. Refusing to sign an informed consent form; 7. Has participated in other relevant researchers.
