研究目的：

本系列研究旨在依托于我科丰富的手术病例资源，开展一系列回顾性研究，从不同方面、不同角度为急性主动脉A型夹层的诊治及管理提供新的视角、新的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this series of studies is to carry out a series of retrospective studies based on the rich surgical case resources of our department to provide new perspectives and new clinical evidence for the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute aortic type A coarctation from different aspects and perspectives.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 手术日期距发病超过14天；
② 医源性夹层患者；
③ 合并妊娠；
④ 杂交手术（如：外科手术+腔内修复）
⑤ 病史资料严重不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The date of surgery is more than 14 days from the onset of the disease. 2. Patients with medically induced entrapment. 3. Combined pregnancy. 4. Hybrid surgery (e.g., surgery + endoluminal repair) 5. Those with grossly incomplete medical history information.
