研究目的：

探讨腹腔镜、胆道镜联合十二指肠镜（三镜联合）治疗胆囊结石合并细径胆总管结石的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the Safety and efficacy of three-lens combined in treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with small-diameter choledocholithiasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE）, primary duct closure （PDC）with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD), and the control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC), endoscopic retrograde cholangioancreatography（ERCP）/endoscopic sphincterotomy（EST） with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD). 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.并发症严重或病情进展迅速而需要急诊手术者； 2.心、脑、肺、肾功能异常，全身情况差，不能耐受手术者； 3.十二指肠乳头功能欠佳或有狭窄者； 4.既往有胆道手术史或腹部手术史； 5.无法随访或中途失访者； 6.有精神心理疾病者； 7.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe complications or rapid progression of the condition requiring emergency surgery; 2. Patients with abnormal heart, brain, lung, and kidney functions, poor overall condition, and inability to tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with poor or narrowed duodenal papilla function; 4. Previous history of biliary surgery or abdominal surgery; 5. Those who are unable to follow up or are lost midway; 6. Individuals with mental and psychological disorders; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
