研究目的：

明确骶尾部冰敷改善术中术后骶尾部疼痛的有效性和安全性，为聚焦超声消融（focused ultrasound ablation surgery, FUAS）治疗相关骶尾部的疼痛管理及FUAS手术的加速康复提供循证学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of sacrococcygeal ice ablation in improving intraoperative and postoperative sacrococcygeal pain, and to provide evidence-based evidence for the management of sacrococcygeal pain related to the treatment of focused ultrasound ablation surgery (FUAS) and the accelerated recovery of FUAS surgery.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有盆腔疼痛或骶尾部疼痛病史患者； 2.有神经系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of pelvic pain or sacrococcygeal pain; 2. Patients with neurological diseases.
