研究目的：

探究支气管镜检查前在梨状隐窝处滴注局麻药是否会减少术后咳嗽发生，提高围术期舒适度；探究支气管镜检查前在梨状隐窝处滴注局麻药是否会减轻术后咽喉痛；探究患者对麻醉的满意度；探究对术后患者恢复质量是否有影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether piriform recess instillation with lidocaine before bronchoscopy will reduce the occurrence of postoperative cough and improve comfort; To investigate whether piriform recess instillation with lidocaine will reduce postoperative sore throat; To investigate patient satisfaction with anesthesia; and to investigate whether there is an effect on the quality of postoperative patient recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕、哺乳期妇女； 2.对所用的麻醉药物过敏； 3.严重心力衰竭(NYHA分级III/IV)； 4.滥用药物史； 5.有严重的神经障碍影响认知功能者； 6.上呼吸道感染（慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, lactating women; 2. History of allergy and narcotic drugs; 3. Heart failure NYHA class 3-4; 4. History of drug abuse; 5. Severe neurological conditions that impair cognition; 6. Upper respiratory tract infections (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, etc.).
