研究目的：

采用功能近红外光谱对比观察主观认知下降、轻度认知障碍和无认知障碍的围绝经期女性的前额叶皮层血氧激活水平。

Objectives of Study：

Prefrontal cortex blood oxygen activation levels in perimenopausal women with subjective cognitive decline, mild cognitive impairment and no cognitive impairment were compared using functional near infrared spectroscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Perimenopausal women without cognitive impairment:
(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause;
(2) Between 40 and 60 years old;
(3) Satisfy the SCD-Q9 score > 5 points;
(4) Satisfied with MoCA score >= 26 points; (if the years of education <= 12 years, add 1 point to the score);
(5) Right-handed;
(6) Sign the informed consent and participate voluntarily;
2. SCD perimenopausal women:
(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of SCD;
(2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause;
(3) Between 40 and 60 years old;
(4) Satisfy SCD-Q9 score >= 5 points;
(5) Satisfied MoCA score >= 26 points; (if the years of education <= 12 years, add 1 point to the score);
(6) Right-handed;
(7) Sign the informed consent and participate voluntarily;
3. MCI perimenopausal women:
(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI;
(2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause;
(3) Between 40 and 60 years old;
(4) Satisfy the MoCA score of 18-25 points; (if the years of education <= 12 years, add 1 point to the score);
(5) Right-handed;
(6) Sign the informed consent and participate voluntarily.

排除标准：

1. 有精神病史； 2. 有神经系统疾病史； 3. 有酗酒或吸毒史； 4. 手术绝经（子宫及双侧附件切除病史）； 5. 生殖系统肿瘤及病因不明的阴道流血者； 6. 参与研究前近 3个月服用过激素类药物； 7. 无法完成指标评估者，如严重失语、视听障碍、文盲等； 8. 正在参加影响本研究结果的其它研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of mental illness; 2. Have a history of neurological diseases; 3. Has a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; 4. Surgical menopause (history of uterus and bilateral adnexectomy); 5. Reproductive system tumors and vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology; 6. Have taken hormone drugs in the past 3 months before participating in the study; 7. Those who cannot complete the indicator evaluation, such as severe aphasia, audio-visual impairment, illiteracy, etc.; 8. Those who are participating in other research experiments that affect the results of this study.
