研究目的：

1.了解成都市大型三甲综合医院重症监护室护士正念、情绪和工作倦怠现状、三者的关系、构建正念、情绪和工作倦怠的关系模型 2.构建ICU护士正念干预模式，并验证和评价其有效性

Objectives of Study：

1. to investigate the status quo of mindfulness, emotion, job burnout with ICU nurses in Chengdu, and to investigate the relationship between the three. To develop the relation model of mindfulness, emotion and job burnout in intensive care nurses; 2. to construct the ICU nurse mindfulness intervention model, and verify and evaluate its effectiveness.

排除标准：

1.正在休假或外出学习的护士；2.在所调研科室工作的非本院的护士（进修生、实习生）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. nurses who are on the vacation or out for school;
2. nursing trainee.
