Objectives of Study:

To investigate effects and neural mechanisms of vibration training parameters on sensorimotor deficits of individuals with chronic ankle instability.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 下肢存在其他部位肌肉骨骼损伤(如手术、骨折等); 2. 有潜在振动训练禁忌症(如肾结石、急性椎间盘突出等); 3. 身体内有金属植入物或癫痫。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Musculoskeletal injuries in other parts of the lower extremities (such as surgery, fracture, etc.); 2. Potential contraindications for vibration training (such as kidney stones, acute disc herniation, etc.); 3. Metal implants or seizures in the body.

As the vibration intervention can be obviously perceived,the subjects are not blinded. However, blinding is applied to the assessors and data analyst, who do not know the allocation of subjects.
