研究目的：

（1）探讨不同分期不同中医证型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的血清学和病理学指标的差异性，为不同分期不同中医证型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的治疗提供可能的治疗方向和作用靶点，优化诊疗方案，从而为研究中医药治疗不同分期不同中医证型 GM 患者的临床疗效机制研究提供可能的研究方向及前期基础。 （2）探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者与健康女性志愿者血清学指标的差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the differences of serological and pathological indicators in patients with granulomatous mastitis of different stages and TCM syndrome types, to provide possible treatment directions and targets for the treatment of patients with granulomatous mastitis of different stages and TCM syndrome types, and to optimize the diagnosis and treatment program, so as to provide possible research directions and early foundations for the research of the clinical efficacy mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating GM patients of different stages and TCM syndrome types. (2) To investigate the difference of serum markers between patients with granulomatous mastitis and healthy female volunteers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

GM 患者排除标准 1.患有乳腺纤维瘤、乳腺癌、乳腺增生等其他乳腺肿物或乳腺疾病的患者； 2.合并严重的原发性疾病、影响患者生存的严重疾病或精神上及法律上认定的残疾患者； 3.临床痊愈期患者与其余三期患者存在相交叉者。 健康志愿者排除标准 1.参加其它医学研究的健康志愿者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for GM patients 1. Patients with breast Fibroma, breast cancer, breast hyperplasia and other breast tumors or breast diseases; 2. Merge severe primary diseases, serious illnesses that affect patient survival, or mentally and legally recognized disabled patients; 3. Patients in the clinical recovery stage may intersect with other three stage patients. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers 1. Healthy volunteers participating in other medical research.
