研究目的：

本研究的研究目的是检测幽门螺旋杆菌23SrRNA与gyrA突变基因突变位点，通过对幽门螺旋耐药基因检测，有利于Hp耐药性的发现和有效辅助耐药幽门螺旋杆菌感染者根除治疗方案的制定，提高Hp感染的根除率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to detect the mutation sites of 23SrRNA and gyrA mutant genes of helicobacter pylori. Through the detection of helicobacter pylori resistance genes, it is conducive to the discovery of resistance to Hp and effectively assist the formulation of eradication treatment plan for drug-resistant helicobacter pylori infection, so as to improve the eradication rate of Hp infection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 无法完成胃镜检查或有胃镜检查禁忌症的受试者； 2. 研究者认为不宜参加本临床研究项目的受试者； 3. 入选前30天内参加其他临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who are unable to complete gastroscopy or have contraindications to gastroscopy; 2. Subjects considered unsuitable for the clinical study by the investigator; 3. Subjects enrolled in other clinical studies within 30 days prior to enrollment.
