1、建立ICIs药物治疗疗效及不良反应随访队列，分析与不良反应发生相关的临床因素。 2、探索ICIs治疗过程中irAEs发生相关的分子机制，发现潜在的早期预警标志物及可能的潜在干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a follow-up cohort for the efficacy and adverse reactions of ICIs to analyze the clinical factors related to the occurrence of adverse reactions. 2. Explore the molecular mechanism related to the occurrence of irAEs in the treatment of ICIs, and discover potential early warning markers and possible potential intervention targets.
