探究TSG-6在甲状腺相关性眼病病人眼眶组织中的表达，培养原代人眼眶成纤维细胞，研究TSG-6对细胞增殖分化的影响，为甲状腺相关性眼病的防治提供新思路与新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the expression of TSG-6 in the orbital tissues of patients with thyroid-related eye diseases, to culture primary human orbital fibroblasts, and to study the effect of TSG-6 on cell proliferation and differentiation, so as to provide new ideas and targets for the prevention and treatment of thyroid-related eye diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.甲状腺功能不稳定 2.有眼部外伤及手术史 3.有眼眶放化疗史 4.眼眶局部感染或炎症

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable thyroid function; 2. History of ocular trauma and surgery; 3. History of orbital radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. Local infection or inflammation of the orbit.
