研究目的：

使用妊娠期女性身体活动循证方案进行初步应用，了解方案在适用人群中的可行性、适用性及效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The evidence-based program of pregnant women's physical activity was applied initially to understand the feasibility, applicability and effect of the program in the applicable population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有体力活动禁忌症（严重心肺功能异常、严重贫血等）； 2.妊娠前有基础性疾病（高血压、糖尿病等）； 3.既往有严重精神病史、诊断有重度抑郁需经临床治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications to physical activity (severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe anemia, etc.); 2. Basic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) before pregnancy; 3. Individuals with a history of severe mental illness and diagnosed with severe depression who require clinical treatment.
