研究目的：

本研究旨在基于多中心的髋膝关节置换手术患者数据，建立机器学习模型，预测术后30天的并发症包括术后肾损伤、术后疼痛、术后死亡、术后肺部并发症等结局，从而为临床提供有效的手术预后评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to establish a machine learning model based on the data of patients undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery in a multicenter study to predict 30-day postoperative complications, including postoperative renal injury, postoperative pain, postoperative death, and postoperative pulmonary complications, so as to provide effective surgical prognosis assessment tools for clinical practice.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于各医院信息系统(HIS)和麻醉信息管理系统(AIMS)。院内死亡率、术后并发症和入住ICU的信息通过病历获得，而院外死亡率和术后并发症的信息通过随访和电话获得。由于本研究中使用的数据的敏感性，数据是由医院信息中心的工作人员在不知情的情况下收集的。独立研究人员从术前评估表格中获得原始数据后，将基线特征汇编到标准化表格中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data was sourced from the information systems (HIS) and anesthesia information management systems (AIMS) of various hospitals. Information on in-hospital mortality, postoperative complications, and ICU admissions was obtained through medical records, while information on out-of-hospital mortality and postoperative complications was obtained through follow-up visits and telephone calls. Due to the sensitivity of the data used in this study, the data was collected by the hospital information center staff without their knowledge. Independent researchers compiled baseline characteristics into standardized tables after obtaining raw data from preoperative evaluation forms.
