研究目的：

1. 主要目的:评估VR辅助瑜伽与非VR瑜伽在成人慢性MSK疼痛中的临床效果。 2. 次要目的:评估慢性疼痛、相关焦虑和抑郁症状的自我管理改善以及与健康相关的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary aim: To assess the clinical effectiveness of VR assisted yoga versus non-VR yoga in adults with chronic MSK pain. 2. Secondary aim: To assess the improvement in self-management of chronic pain, associated anxiety and depressive symptoms, and health-related quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有癌症相关疼痛、炎症性风湿病的受试者; 2. 最近6个月内有中风或大手术史; 3. 绝症; 4. 严重精神疾病; 5. 严重或无法控制的心脏病;重大关节置换或脊柱手术; 6. 可能妨碍积极参与研究的合并症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participants with cancer-related pain, inflammatory rheumatic disease; 2. A recent history of stroke or major surgery in the past 6 months; 3. Terminal illness; 4. Serious mental illness; 5. Severe or uncontrolled heart disease; major joint replacement or spinal surgery; 6. Comorbid conditions that might impede active participation in the study.
