研究目的：

研究目的: 本研究拟通过构建“SECC全麻术前数字化设计系统”解决全麻过程中无法获得确定性咬合的问题。该设计系统包含三套数据库及一套设计系统。建立低龄儿童的“乳牙冠数据库”、“乳牙咬合数据库”，同时扫描现有乳牙不锈钢金属预成冠，建立“SSC数据库”，在三套数据库基础上进一步建成“SECC全麻术前数字化设计系统”，实现以下三个目标：为SECC患者① 术前“数字化选择SSC型号”、②“数字化设计并制作全瓷冠”、③“设计并打印3D咬合导板”，探寻SECC的全麻与数字化手段完美结合的新方法、新策略，精准获得较为优良的术后咬合关系达到减少因术后咬合干扰引起的疼痛、牙髓治疗失败、牙根吸收等情况，并缩短手术时间、提高手术安全度，最终促进牙槽骨、颌骨及肌肉的良性生长发育。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to solve the problem of unable to obtain deterministic occlusion during general anesthesia by constructing "SECC digital design system before general anesthesia". The design system consists of three sets of databases and a design system. Establish the "deciduous tooth crown database" and "deciduous tooth occlusion database" for young children, meanwhile scan the existing deciduous tooth stainless steel metal preforming crowns, establish the "SSC database", and further build the "SECC digital Design System before general anesthesia" on the basis of the three sets of databases to achieve the following three goals: To explore new methods and strategies for the perfect combination of general anesthesia and digital means for SECC patients: 1. "digital selection of SSC model";2. "digital design and manufacture of all-porcelain crown", 3. "design and print 3D occlusal guide plate". Accurate and excellent postoperative occlusal relationship can reduce the pain caused by occlusal interference, pulp treatment failure, root absorption and other conditions, shorten the operation time, improve the safety of the operation, and ultimately promote the benign growth and development of alveolar bone, jaw bone and muscle.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患儿不符合全麻标准；2、患儿不能配合拍术前X线片；3、患儿不能配合进行术前口内模型制取。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child does not meet the criteria for general anesthesia; 2. The child cannot cooperate with the preoperative X-ray film; 3. The child cannot cooperate with the preparation of preoperative intraoral model.
