研究目的：

1.预期发现参苓白术散＋罗盖全＋钙尔奇D＋抗阻运动治疗较单纯罗盖全＋钙尔奇D＋抗阻运动治疗能更好地改善患者握力、肌肉质量指数和步行速度，安全有效； 2.参苓白术散治疗后，血清Nrf2、Drp1及IGF-1浓度增高，GDF-8浓度下降；血清Nrf2、Drp1及IGF-1浓度与肌少症患者握力和步行速度正相关。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is expected that the treatment of ShenlingBaizhu powder + Lugequan + calcitci D + resistance exercise can improve the patients better than the treatment of Lugequan + calcitci D + resistance exercise alone grip strength, muscle mass index and walking speed are safe and effective; 2. After the treatment of ShenlingBaizhu Powder, the serum concentrations of Nrf2, Drp1 and IGF-1 increased, while the concentration of GDF-8 decreased; Serum concentrations of Nrf2, Drp1 and IGF-1 and sarcopenia. There is a positive correlation between grip strength and walking speed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能独立活动者； 2.慢性心肺功能不全者； 3.严重肾功能不全(肌酐清除率<30 ml/min)、需限制蛋白摄入者； 4.恶性肿瘤者； 5.认知功能受损者； 6.冠心病不稳定型心绞痛、急性心梗者； 7.罹患严重神经系统疾病者； 8.髋、膝关节疼痛，功能障碍者； 9.近期有外伤、骨折或手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A person unable to act independently; 2. Chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min) and need to restrict protein intake; 4. Malignant tumor; 5. Those with impaired cognitive function; 6. Coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction; 7. Suffering from severe neurological diseases; 8. Hip and knee pain, dysfunction; 9. Recent history of trauma, fracture or surgery.
