研究目的：

研究股骨粗隆顺行髓内钉(Intertrochanteric Antegrade Nail, InterTAN)及Wagner柄人工股骨头置换术在高龄老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折中的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical effect of intertrochanteric antegrade nail (InterTAN) and Wagner handle of hemiarthroplasty in the elderly with unstable intertrochanteric fractures.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.严重的多发骨折； 2.病理性骨折； 3.认知或者精神障碍，无法配合医生完成康复锻炼； 4.有严重的基础疾病，包括呼吸、循环、内分泌系统疾病，无法耐受手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe multiple fractures; 2. Pathological fracture; 3. Cognitive or mental disorders, unable to cooperate with doctors to complete rehabilitation exercises; 4. Serious basic diseases, including respiratory, circulatory, and endocrine system diseases, unable to tolerate the surgery.
