研究目的：

本研究主要通过综合比较行肝癌切除患者的术前、术中及术后等相关临床资料，探讨机器人辅助特殊段位肝癌切除手术的安全性及可行性，为临床治疗提供经验及诊疗依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the surgical safety of liver resection with different surgical methods by comprehensively comparing the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative clinical data of patients with hepatic segment 7/8 liver cancer treated with laparoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic-assisted partial hepatectomy. It can provide experience and diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2.肝肾功能衰竭者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
2. Those with liver or kidney failure.
