探讨内脏脂肪面积的变化与胰岛β细胞功能的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between the change of visceral fat area and the function of islet β cells.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 除T2DM以外的其他类型糖尿病患者；
2. 有严重的肝、肾、心等器官功能障碍；
3. 用药期间使用糖皮质激素类药物、胰岛素、胰岛素促泌剂等增加体重的药物；
4. 负责该研究的医生认为不适合该研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other types of diabetes except T2DM; 2. Severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other organs; 3. Use glucocorticoid drugs, insulin, insulin secretagogue and other drugs that increase body weight during medication; 4. Those deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study.
