评估微种植体支抗配合本课题组自主改良的新型专利推磨牙装置对磨牙远中移动的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of a new patent appliance on the overall distalization of molars when combined with micro-implant anchorage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颞下颌关节器质性病变或患有严重的心血管、肝肾疾病、肿瘤等全身疾病； 2.牙齿移动区域存在骨岛、骨瘤、根尖囊肿、牙根吸收、牙根暴露等情况； 3.精神异常或运动障碍者； 4.骨代谢异常者（包括服用抗骨吸收药物、激素类药物、免疫抑制剂）； 5.正在参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Symptoms or signs of temporomandibular joint disorders, and severe systemic diseases; 2. There were bone islands, osteoma, apical cyst, root resorption or root exposure in the dental arch; 3. Mental disorder or movement disorder; 4. Abnormal bone metabolism; 5. Be participating in other clinical studies.

本研究采用区组随机化方法。所有样本将被分为5组，每组6名受试者。临床研究协调员将使用SAS 9.4（ SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA）生成随机数表，每组按1:1的比例分为实验组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study uses a block randomization method. All samples will be divided into 5 groups, each with 6 subjects. The clinical research coordinator will generate random numbers using SAS 9.4 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Each group will be divided into experimental and control groups in a 1:1 ratio.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集 数据将记录在由本课题组设计的病例报告表（CRF）中。CRF将由协调员为每位患者填写。定期监督将由合格的临床研究助理承担。临床研究助理审查该试验的知情同意书和CRF对组分配并不知情。原始CRF将保存在上海口腔医院数据管理中心。 数据管理 定期收集和检查所有患者的影像数据、问卷和测量数据保存在电子采集和管理系统（EDC）中。数据将导出到 SPSS 27.0中，以便在试验完成后进行进一步分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection The data will be recorded in the Case Report Form (CRF) designed by our research group. The CRF will be filled out by the coordinator for each patient. Regular supervision will be undertaken by qualified clinical research assistants. The clinical research assistant is blinded to the group assignment and reviews the trial's informed consent and the CRFs. The original CRF will be stored in the Data Management Center of Shanghai Stomatological Hospital. Data management Imaging data, questionnaires, and measurements of all patients were collected and examined periodically and stored in the electronic data capture (EDC). The data will be exported to SPSS 27.0 for further analysis upon completion of the trial.
