研究目的:

运用多模态影像技术,系统全面地对颅内血管狭窄患者的5.0T与3.0T磁共振的影像特征和临床效益进评估和对比,并探索5.0T磁共振下颅脑灌注异常疾病的研究,包括阿尔茨海默病和颞叶癫痫的脑结构、灌注、功能和代谢等改变,将有望解释颅内血管狭窄神经血管藕联异常的机制、认知下降的病生理特征和发病机制,为颅内血管狭窄精准诊断和预后判断、制定个性化诊疗方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

To systematically and comprehensively evaluate and compare the imaging characteristics and clinical benefits of 5.0T and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in patients with intracranial vascular stenosis by using multimodal imaging technology, and to explore the research of cerebral perfusion abnormalities dieaseas with 5.0T magnetic resonance imaging, including brain structure, perfusion, function and metabolism changes in Alzheimer's disease and temporal lobe epilepsy. It is expected to explain the mechanism of abnormal neurovascular coupling, pathophysiological characteristics and pathogenesis of cognitive decline in intracranial vascular stenosis, and provide reference for accurate diagnosis and prognosis judgment of intracranial vascular stenosis and the formulation of personalized diagnosis and treatment plans.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 有磁共振成像禁忌症(体内金属,幽闭恐惧症); 2. 做过颅内动脉瘤手术、颅内血管支架植入术; 3. 严重心、肺、肝、肾、内分泌疾病病史; 4. 脑血管事件发生小于3个月; 5. 孕期女性; 6. 拒绝签署知情同意书加入本研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Relative or absolute contraindications to MRI (e.g., metals in the body, claustrophobia, etc.); 2. History of intracranial aneurysm surgery and intracranial vascular stent implantation; 3. Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney or endocrine system diseases; 4. The onset of cerebrovascular events was less than 3 months; 5. Pregnant; 6. Refusal to sign informed consent.
