初步明确NB-UVB治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy and safety of NB-UVB in the treatment of cholinergic urticaria.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.同时伴有其他类型的慢性荨麻疹；2.患有严重感染、肿瘤、红斑狼疮、光敏性皮肤病、白内障等疾病的患者; 3.患有高血压病、糖尿病、心功能不全、肝肾功能不全或其他严重疾病的患者；4.近1月内使用系统免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素、生物制剂、抗生素、维A酸、硫酸羟氯喹、抗真菌药物者；5.近1月内有光敏性药物应用史、光化学治疗史者；6.妊娠、哺乳期妇女以及在本试验过程中拒绝采取适当避孕措施的育龄患者；7.嗜酒、吸毒、精神异常者；8.研究者判断不适宜参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Accompanied by other types of chronic urticaria; 2.Patients with severe infections, malignant tumors, lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, xeroderma pigmentosus, porphyria, photosensitive skin diseases (such as pleomorphic solar rash, chronic photochemical dermatitis, solar urticaria, etc.), cataract and other diseases; Patients with a history of skin melanoma and non-melanoma; 3.Patients with diabetes mellitus, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency or other serious diseases; 4.Those who have used systemic immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, biological agents, antibiotics, tretinoin, hydroxychloroquine sulfate, and antifungal drugs within the past 1 month; 5.Patients with a history of photochemotherapy within the past 1 month; 6. Pregnant and lactating women and patients of childbearing age who refused to take appropriate contraceptive measures during the trial; 7.Alcoholics, drug addicts and abnormal spirits; 8. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for this study.

本研究采用分层随机法，信封发放随机号。具体操作：项目启动时，文件袋中有50个编号的密封小信封，包含：常规治疗组（25例）、常规治疗+NB-UVB治疗组（25例）。患者至信封发放员处，随机领取小信封，决定患者入组。

Stratified randomization was used in this study, and envelopes were issued with random numbers.
