研究目的：

①评估冰激凌摄食训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者2周后吞咽功能进展情况，并与对照组进行对比以评价其是否疗效显著。 ②客观评价冰激凌摄食训练对患者吞咽生存质量的影响。 ③利用纤维喉镜（fiberoptic?endoscopic?evaluation?of?swallowing，FEES)和表面肌电图在治疗前后评价患者吞咽功能。包括精准评估患者咽喉部感知觉情况、吞咽障碍严重程度、检测分析患者颏下肌群和舌骨下肌群肌电活动的平均振幅和持续时间的sEMG信号特征等,以研究脑卒中后吞咽障碍的病理、电生理特征，为探索科学、高效的治疗方法提供重要参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess the progress of swallowing function after 2 weeks of ice cream ingestion training for stroke patients with swallowing disorders and to compare it with the control group to evaluate whether it is effective; 2. Objectively evaluate the effect of ice cream feeding training on swallowing quality of life; 3. Using fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) and surface electromyography before and after treatment Evaluate the patient's swallowing function. This includes precise assessment of the patient's pharyngeal sensory perception, the severity of swallowing disorders, and the analysis of the mean amplitude and amplitude of the EMG activity of the subchin and subglottis muscle groups. The study was conducted to investigate the pathological and electrophysiological characteristics of swallowing disorders after stroke. The results of the study were used to investigate the pathological and electrophysiological characteristics of post-stroke swallowing disorders and to provide an important reference for the exploration of scientific and efficient treatment methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①吞咽相关器官存在肿瘤及其放化疗后改变，或存在结构异常、畸形等；
②有严重认知障碍、沟通障碍者；
③合并有Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型糖尿病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of tumors in swallowing-related organs and their post-radiotherapy changes, or the presence of structural abnormalities, malformations, etc.; 2. People with severe cognitive impairment and communication difficulties; 3. Patients with co-morbid type I or type II diabetes.
