研究目的：

1. 了解肾移植术后患者免疫功能重建情况； 2. 构建肾移植术后稳定患者免疫功能预测模型； 3. 验证上述模型，并构建肾移植术后患者发生感染/排斥的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understanding the reconstruction of immune function in patients after renal transplantation; 2. To construct a prediction model of immune function in stable patients after renal transplantation; 3. Validating the above model and constructing a predictive model for the risk of infection or rejection in patients after renal transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肾移植术后稳定患者： （1）移植肾功能延迟恢复患者； （2）移植肾功能不全患者； （3）肾移植术后感染患者； （4）肾移植术后排斥患者； （5）多器官移植患者； 2. 肾移植术后感染/排斥患者： 入院24小时后接受的受体免疫机能状态评价试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The exclusion criteria for stable patients after renal transplantation were: (1) Patients with delayed graft function; (2) With renal insufficiency; (3) With infection; (4) With rejection; (5) With multi-Organ transplantation; 2. The exclusion criteria for infected or rejected patients after renal transplantation were: Receptor immune function status evaluation test performed more than 24 hours after admission.
