研究目的：

比较垂直间断缝扎术联合Milligan-Morgan术与Milligan-Morgan术治疗混合痔疗效及并发症情况，探索蔓状外痔垂直间断缝扎术的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and complications of vertical discontinuous suture combined with Milligan-Morgan versus Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, and to explore the clinical application value of vertical discontinuous suture of pampiniform external hemorrhoids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并肛管直肠炎； 2.合并炎性肠病； 3.肛管直肠周围化脓性感染，如肛瘘、肛窦炎、肛周脓肿等； 4.肠道感染性疾病（如痢疾等）； 5.明确诊断有出口梗阻性便秘； 6.合并肠易激综合征； 7.有明显焦虑或者抑郁症状者，更年期综合征女性； 8.存在凝血功能障碍等明显手术禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with rectal canal inflammation; 2. Combined with inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Purulent infection around the anorectal canal, such as anal fistula, anal sinusitis, perianal abscess, etc; 4. Intestinal infectious diseases (such as dysentery); 5. Definitely diagnosed with outlet obstructive constipation; 6. Complicated with irritable bowel syndrome; 7. Patients with obvious symptoms of anxiety or depression, women with menopausal syndrome; 8. Patients with obvious surgical contraindications such as coagulopathy.
