研究目的：

强化瑞舒伐他汀治疗高龄STEMI患者PPCI术后疗效优于常规剂量瑞舒伐他汀;  

Objectives of Study：

The efficacy of intensive rosuvastatin in the treatment of older STEMI patients after PPCI is superior to conventional rosuvastatin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 严重心功能不全（心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级）、肝功能不全（血清转氨酶持续升高超过正常 上限 3 倍）或肾功能不全（eGFR<30 mL/min）；②住院前2周使用降脂和抗氧化药物；③瑞舒伐他汀过敏或有明确病史不能服用者或服用中出现肌肉酸痛等他汀不能耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ), liver insufficiency (serum aminotransferase continuously increased more than 3 times the upper limit of normal) or renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min); ② Lipid-lowering and antioxidant drugs were used 2 weeks before hospitalization; (3) Patients who are allergic to rosuvastatin or have definite medical history and can not take rosuvastatin or have muscle soreness during taking rosuvastatin.

An online, third-party data-collection and randomization system was used to confirm participant eligibility and ensure concealment of trial-group assignments before randomization. Randomization was performed in a 1:1 ratio with the use of block randomization.
