研究目的：

为择期非心脏手术老年患者开发一个较为通用且便捷的PIH预测模型，从而提前预警可能发生的低血压并采取预防措施，提供更加精细化的进行麻醉管理，减少不良预后的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a universal and convenient PIH prediction model for elderly patients during elective non-cardiac surgery. In this regard, we can identify potential hypotension in advance and take preventive measures to provide more refined anesthesia management to reduce adverse outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心脑血管疾病、严重肝肾肺功能损伤；
2. 心脏手术、急诊手术；
3. 行吸入麻醉诱导、非气管插管、复合神经阻滞或椎管内麻醉；
4. 非气管插管或行两次及以上气管插管尝试；
5. 拒绝参与。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe damage of liver, kidney and lung function;
2. Heart surgery, emergency surgery;
3. Induction of inhalation anesthesia, non-tracheal intubation, combined nerve block or intraspinal anesthesia;
4. Non-tracheal intubation or two or more tracheal intubation attempts;
5. Refuse to participate.
