研究目的：

本研究从“ 天人相应 ”角度出发，拟通过五运六气（运气）对CNLBP 患者生理、病理的影响方面入手，将运气理论应用于针灸选穴机制的临床研究中，观察运气理论指导下的针刺对CNLBP患者超生及肌肉电生理指标的影响，揭示运气理论指导下的针刺治疗CNLBP的影响以及作用机制。一方面为选穴及配伍提供客观依据，从气候、时间、空间等因素对CNLBP治疗寻求新治疗方式，体现了人与自然环境的统一性，符合目前疾病诊疗的需求，为患者提供更优化的评估及治疗方案；另一方面可初步探讨并验证中医运气学说的科学性，以期在五运六气（运气）的理论指导下结合现代医学技术，提高针刺疗效，促进中医针灸技术临床应用与研究的系统化、科学化和现代化。  

Objectives of Study：

From the perspective of "correspondence between heaven and man", this study intends to apply the theory of qi to the clinical study of acupuncture point selection mechanism through the influence of five movements and six qi (qi) on the physiology and pathology of CNLBP patients, observe the influence of acupuncture under the guidance of qi theory on the hypergenesis and muscle electrophysiological indicators of CNLBP patients, and reveal the influence and mechanism of acupuncture treatment of CNLBP under the guidance of qi theory. On the one hand, it provides objective basis for acupoint selection and compatibility, and seeks new treatment methods for CNLBP from climate, time, space and other factors, which reflects the unity of human and natural environment, meets the needs of current disease diagnosis and treatment, and provides more optimized evaluation and treatment plan for patients; On the other hand, it can preliminarily explore and verify the scientificity of the theory of qi in traditional Chinese medicine, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and promote the systematization, scientificity and modernization of clinical application and research of acupuncture and moxibustion technology in traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of five movements and six qi (qi).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准 1.脊椎病变诊断不清者； 2.有严重骨质疏松者,或肿瘤骨转移者或椎管内占位性病变、骨质损伤、隐性脊柱裂、椎弓根崩裂者；类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等免疫类疾病； 3.腰椎间盘突出，腰椎椎管狭窄病变者； 4.合并心、肝、肾、造血系统等有严重疾病及肿瘤患者； 5.妊娠期哺乳期妇女； 6.认知功能障碍或精神病患者； 7.患有传染性疾病或皮肤感染有损害，不宜进行针刺治疗的患者； 8.依从性差，不能积极配合检查及治疗的患者。 凡符合上述任何一条者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria 1. The diagnosis of spinal diseases is unclear; 2. Serious osteoporosis, or bone metastasis of tumor, or space occupying lesion in spinal canal, bone injury, spina bifida occulta, or spondylolysis; Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other immune diseases; 3. Lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal canal stenosis; 4. Patients with heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and tumors; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients with cognitive impairment or psychosis; 7. Patients suffering from infectious diseases or skin infections that are harmful and should not be treated with acupuncture; 8. Patients with poor compliance who cannot actively cooperate with the examination and treatment. Those that comply with any of the above provisions shall be excluded.
