研究目的：

本研究通过术前术后抽取静脉血样，记录外周血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板数值，计算并记录SII、NLR、PLR数值，通过躁动-镇静评分量表（RASS）及重症监护谵妄筛查量表（ICDSC）评估是否出现术后谵妄，来判断SII、NLR、PLR对食管癌术后谵妄的发生是否存在预测作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, venous blood samples were taken before and after surgery to record the values of peripheral neutrophils, lymphocytes and platelets, and the values of SII, NLR and PLR were calculated and recorded. The presence of postoperative delirium was evaluated by resting-sedation Scale (RASS) and Critical Care Delirium Screening Scale (ICDSC). To determine whether SII, NLR and PLR have predictive effects on the occurrence of postoperative delirium of esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术中发生严重心血管不良事件；
2. 术前存在癫痫、痴呆、精神障碍等病史；
3. 术前有听力及视力障碍者；
4. 术前伴严重脑、心、肝、肺、肾疾病者；
5. 术前有精神性药物滥用史者或长期酗酒史者；
6. 临床资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiovascular adverse events occurred during the operation;
2. Preoperative history of epilepsy, dementia and mental disorders;
3. patients with hearing and visual impairment before surgery;
4. Patients with severe brain, heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases before operation; Preoperative history of psychotropic drug abuse or a long history of alcoholism;
Incomplete clinical data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或者记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
