研究目的:

本研究旨在通过对颈动脉斑块患者进行超声造影检查并对斑块内新生血管 显影情况综合斑块内造影剂显影位置、密度、时间三个方面进行评分分级,建立基于超声造影评估颈动脉斑块稳定性的分级系统,完善超声造影对颈动脉斑块内造影剂显影评估的半定量评估分级方法; 随访一年,根据一年内有无脑卒中事件 发生,比较不同显影分级患者脑卒中发生情况,探讨该分级系统与脑卒中发生的相关性;并在此基础上,结合其它危险因素及相关生化指标建立脑卒中风险预测模型,为临床无创评估颈动脉斑块稳定性提供有效、实用的评价工具,为临床药物治疗或手术干预、降低脑卒中发生率提供更多的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and grade the development of neovascularization in the plaque by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in patients with carotid plaque, and to evaluate the location, density and time of the contrast agent in the plaque. To establish a grading system for evaluating the stability of carotid plaque based on CEUS, and improve the semi-quantitative grading method for evaluating the contrast agent development in carotid plaque based on CEUS. Follow up for one year, according to the occurrence of stroke events in one year, the incidence of stroke in patients with different development grades was compared, and the correlation between the classification system and the incidence of stroke was discussed. On this basis, combined with other risk factors and related biochemical indicators, stroke risk prediction model was established to provide an effective and practical evaluation tool for non-invasive clinical assessment of carotid plaque stability, and provide more reference for clinical drug treatment or surgical intervention to reduce the incidence of stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重心肺功能不全;对六氟化硫过敏;孕妇及哺乳期;合并晚期肿瘤者; 2.超声图像质量不佳; 3.因合并与狭窄颈动脉同侧的颅内外血管病变而不能确定卒中责任血管的患者; 4.既往曾接受与颈动脉斑块同侧的颈动脉支架成形术或内膜剥脱术的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; Allergic to sulfur hexafluoride;Pregnant women and lactation; Patients with advanced tumors; 2.Poor quality of ultrasound image; 3.Patients who have previously undergone carotid stenting or endarterectomy ipsilateral to the carotid plaque; 4.Patients who have previously undergone carotid stenting or endarterectomy ipsilateral to the carotid plaque.
