研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的：阐明ICU内重症社区获得性肺炎患者的临床特征及预后。 2. 次要研究目的：明确SCAP的病原微生物谱；阐明ICU内SCAP的抗感染治疗现状；了解中国大陆地区SCAP的卫生经济学情况。 3. 探索性目的：构建SCAP预后的预测模型；分析SCAP患者宿主免疫功能与预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: to describe the clinical characteristics and prognosis of SCAP patients in the ICU. 2. Secondary objective: to clarify the pathogens spectrum of SCAP; to clarify the anti-infection treatment status of SCAP in ICU;to understand the health economics of SCAP in mainland China. 3. Exploratory objective: to construct risk factors analysis and prediction model of SCAP; to analyze the correlation between host immune function and prognosis of SCAP.

①长期入住养老院；
②气管切开的患者；
③参加了其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who stay in the nursing home for a long time;
2. Patients after tracheotomy;
3. Patients who participated in other clinical studies.
