研究目的：

1.探索基于主动感觉运动任务的镜像疗法对于脑卒中患者的临床疗效； 2.探索基于主动感觉运动任务范式的镜像疗法对于脑卒中患者干预前后的中枢重塑机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the clinical efficacy of mirror therapy based on active sensorimotor tasks for stroke patients; 2. To explore the mechanism of central remodeling in stroke patients before and after the intervention of mirror therapy based on active sensorimotor task paradigm.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1.	Aged 18-80 years, right-handed, with normal vision or corrected vision; 
2.	The first and unilateral cerebral hemorrhage/cerebral infarction was confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 
3.	The diagnosis was in line with the standard of Diagnostic Essentials of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurological Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 
4.	The onset time was 1 week to 6 months, and the condition was stable; 
5.	No cognitive impairment, MoCA score >= 22, can cooperate with evaluation and treatment; 
6.	First accepted mirror image therapy; 
7.	Brunnstrom stage of upper limb and hand is between stage I and stage IV, and the major flexors of wrist and elbow are not accompanied with severe spasm, including the muscle tension of wrist flexors and biceps brachii <= 2 (modified Ashworth scale);
8.	Patients can be kept in a sitting position for at least 60 minutes; 
9.	Volunteer to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form by himself or his immediate family on behalf.

排除标准：

1. 病情恶化，出现新的梗死灶或大面积脑梗死； 2. 既往有癫痫、脑出血病史及严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭，不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者； 3. 正在进行其他中枢神经调控技术，如脑机接口技术，经颅电刺激技术，运动想象疗法等干预试验； 4. 对导电膏、磨砂膏等任何与试验相关器材和成分过敏者； 5. 存在神经电生理检查和核磁共振检查禁忌症，如幽闭恐惧症、佩戴心脏起搏器、颅内有金属植入物或有颅骨缺陷，妊娠期、哺乳期、或没有采取可靠避孕措施的育龄妇女等； 6. 不能完成试验，依从性不好者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The condition worsens, with new infarct or large area cerebral infarction; 2. Previous history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, and poor control of diabetes complications; 3. Other central nervous regulation technologies, such as brain computer interface technology, transcranial electrical stimulation technology, motor imagination therapy and other intervention tests are being conducted; 4. Those who are allergic to conductive paste, scrub paste and other test related equipment and components; 5. Contraindications of neuroelectrophysiological examination and magnetic resonance examination, such as claustrophobia, wearing a cardiac pacemaker, intracranial metal implants or skull defects, pregnancy, lactation, or childbearing women without reliable contraceptive measures; 6. Those who cannot complete the test and have poor compliance.
