分析中药熏洗联合穴位贴敷防治重度脱垂性痔术后并发症的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupoint application in preventing and treating postoperative complications of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids .

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其他肛管直肠疾病（肿瘤、息肉、肛瘘、肛裂等）； 2. 妊娠期妇女； 3. 原有肛门部手术或外伤史； 4. 伴有精神病、糖尿病、严重心脑血管及胃肠疾病、严重过敏、凝血机能障碍等； 5. 患有传染性疾病如艾滋病、梅毒、结核等，以及恶性肿瘤等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other anorectal diseases (tumor, polyp, anal fistula, anal fissure, etc.); 2. Pregnant women; 3. Previous history of anal surgery or trauma; 4. Accompanied by mental illness, diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and gastrointestinal diseases, severe allergies, coagulation dysfunction, etc.; 5. Suffering from infectious diseases such as AIDS, syphilis, tuberculosis, etc., as well as malignant tumors and other diseases.
