研究目的：

1. 研究脑卒中患者在运动观察任务刺激下大脑功能激活模式，探讨运动观察的神经机制。 2. 研究脑卒中患者在镜像疗法任务刺激下大脑功能激活模式，探讨镜像疗法的神经机制。 3. 探讨脑卒中患者在运动观察和镜像疗法任务刺激下的大脑功能区激活情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the activation mode of brain function in stroke patients stimulated by action observation therapy task and explore the neural mechanism of action observation therapy. 2. To study the brain function activation mode of stroke patients stimulated by the mirror therapy task and explore the neural mechanism of mirror therapy. 3. To investigate the activation of cerebral functional areas in stroke patients stimulated by action observation and mirror therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定者； 2.颅内器质性病变（占位、血管畸形、感染、外伤、先天发育异常）； 3.认知功能障碍、精神疾患及不合作者； 4.有视觉空间障碍者； 5.体内有金属异物或其他不适合进行磁共振检查的情况； 6.既往有脑卒中病史、癫痫、痴呆、抑郁症病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Intracranial organic lesions (space occupation, vascular malformation, infection, trauma, congenital developmental abnormalities); 3. Cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders and incompatibility; 4. Patients with visual spatial impairment; 5. There are metal foreign bodies in the body or other conditions not suitable for MRI examination; 6. Previous history of stroke, epilepsy, dementia, depression history.

首先确定AOT或MT顺序，方法为在2个写有AOT和MT的密闭信封中随机抽取确定AOT或者MT。然后再用密闭信封随机抽取上面确定的AOT或者MT所包含的4个子任务，以确定子任务顺序。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

First, the AOT or MT order was determined by randomly selecting AOT or MT from two sealed envelopes with AOT and MT written on them. Then the sealed envelope is used to randomly extract the 4 subtasks contained in the AOT or MT determined above to determine the subtask order.
