Objectives of Study：

To establish and explore an intelligent and individualized diagnosis and treatment system for femoral head necrosis based on CJFH classification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因使用糖皮质激素导致股骨头坏死且需要继续使用糖皮质激素治疗的患者；
2.因心、肺等系统性疾病无法耐受全身麻醉的患者；
3.存在全身感染或切口周围局部皮肤感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with femoral head necrosis due to glucocorticoid use and who need to continue glucocorticoid treatment;
2. Patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia due to systemic diseases such as heart and lung;
3. Patients with systemic infection or local skin infection around the incision.
